The Plugin is an activity log tool for WordPress that monitors and records user activities on your website. This includes, but is not limited to, plugin changes, user modifications, post creation/updates, and site option changes. The Plugin connects to the Unbranded Portal API to submit these activity logs.

• API Key Security: Keep your API Key confidential and secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your API Key.
• Third-Party Terms: Understand that when you enter your API Key into the Plugin it will integrate with our platform at https://platform.hreflangtagspro.com. Your use of the HREFLang Tags Pro services is subject to their terms of service and privacy policy. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Plugin, including all its content, features, and functionality, is owned by HREFLang Tags Pro and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin solely for its intended purpose on your WordPress website.

You may not:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Plugin.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Plugin.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Plugin for commercial purposes without express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall HREFLang Tags Pro, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Plugin; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Plugin; (iii) any content obtained from the Plugin; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HREFLang Tags Pro and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Plugin, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) content posted on the Plugin.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Plugin immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Plugin will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
